Group Tapping with Donna & Barb: Be Bold, Balanced & Boundless
APRIL is Stress Awareness Month!
JOIN US ON ZOOM FOR OUR WORK STRESS GROUP TAPPING PROGRAM
Not everything feels the same since March of 2020
Are you feeling stressed, fearful, confused, burned out or even angry about things work related? You are not alone!
We are being bombarded with ever changing expectations of us.
- Do I work from home?
- When do I go to the office? Is there an office?
- How will I be evaluated when my manager never sees me?
- How do I evaluate my direct reports when I rarely see them?
- How do I create a positive work culture and retain my valuable workforce?
The list seems never ending. What would you add from your own work challenges?
During our four weeks together and inbetween, we will be identifying, unpacking, and clearing stresses that impact us and our ability to navigate the ever-changing work landscape.
Here is just some of what you can expect during our time together:
Week 1 → Evaluate your current work related stress. – April 28, 2022 @ 4:00 pm PDT (8:00 pm ADT)
Assess where you are right now with your work struggles, and craft a clear vision of what you want work life to look like in the future.
Week 2 → Work Stresses – New or Old? Where is your stress coming from? – May 5, 2022 @ 4:00 pm PDT (8:00 pm ADT)
We will take a deeper dive into stress patterns at work. While the current presenting issues may feel new, they often come from subconscious decisions we made years ago. We will tap to reduce those emotions getting in the way of successfully navigating your work environment.
Week 3 → Create routines and rituals to optimize your work related stress reduction. – May 12, 2022 @ 4:00 pm PDT (8:00 pm ADT)
Emotional Freedom Techniques refers to the multiple ways of reducing and clearing stresses. We will offer you additional tools to use in real-time to help reduce and manage these stresses.
Week 4 → Recognize and acknowledge your successes. – May 19, 2022 @ 4:00 pm PDT (8:00 pm ADT)
We will take some time to look back to where we began and acknowledge the baby steps and leaps forward we’ve taken during our time together. Even though there may be more work to do, we’ve made progress.
Benefits and Advantages of Group Tapping
One of the recent scientific studies conducted around the use of EFT/Tapping is the value of tapping in groups. Cortisol, the major stress hormone in our bodies, has been shown to be reduced by 43 percent.
In fact when tapping in groups, whether everyone has the same issue or not, there is a phenomenon known as “borrowing benefits” that helps reduce the level of stress for everyone participating.
Watch the video below to learn more about this and other benefits and advantages.
